Piri Piri is a seasoning blend with chillies, garlic and citrus peel. Its heat level is 4 – Extra hot. You can try mixing it with a little lemon juice and olive oil for a marinade for chicken, prawns, steak or pork. It is also tasty when sprinkled over pizzas or salmon before cooking. 2 teaspoons = 2 servings. Shake well before use. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
